I called a few different companies to replace a water heater. One price was out of line and two of them were just about the same in price, a price that I thought was fair. You should not have to pay more than $1,500 for a new water heater, depending on the cost of the heater. Some companies want $2,000. That’s crazy. A good gas water heater will cost between $500-$800. Add $100 for disposal of the old tank and new connection pipes. Add $400 for time and labor for two people. The rest is profit and the the company making sure it has time in the schedule for emergency calls like water heaters. Anyway, the Sullivan team came out and replaced the water tank in a timely manner on the agreed date. Dave Sullivan (owner) even came out and reviewed the work. Additionally, they gave some good advise on a couple other things for me to consider having done including a chimney leak. And they were right. Saved me time and stress. I will have to consider them for future projects.

Dave responded immediately upon my request, and gave me the best quote for the repair. He arrived to do the work on time. Work performed was excellent and he and guys were very respectful and great to work with. I will definitely call them again to do future projects.

My hotwater heat started leaking Saturday night. I sent out a request on Angi’s and Dave responded. He was able to replace it the following morning. We had hot water by 1100am. He was clean and worked fast. Use him. One of the best I have ever hired.

Dave called returned my call the next day after I posted the job on Home Adviser. Immediately I knew he was eager, honest, efficient and able to do the job at the cost that was reasonable for installing a hot water heater. Dave, also, repaired a pipe under my bathroom sink, which was leaking, and found the reason that it frequently gets clogged. I agreed to the job on Friday, and Dave and Kevin came out on Monday morning promptly. Good work.

Stressful time to have your hot water heater go, but these guys were great. Very respectable (we asked that they come through the back) and had masks and gloves on due to rona. As far as the work goes,did very well and comes with 6 year warranty on the heater and 1 year work warranty. Also, called me ASAP and got me in. Recommended!
